Dr. Winter and her staff showed tremendous compassion for Buddy and for me. She helped to make this extremely sad event go as smoothly as possible. I’ll always be grateful for Dr. Winter and her professionalism and competence. "The best vet experience my husband and I ever had. The dogs were immediately put in a private room so you aren’t waiting with a bunch of strange dogs which put our dogs at ease. The staff was so caring and patient. Tonya was awesome! And dr winter was amazing. We have had another vet just keep blowing off our dogs skin infection telling us it was fleas and would go away. Dr winter saw it and immediately gave them a treatment plan that will actually solve the problem. I’m so excited to go back and I have never said that about a vet!!! Also the prices were very reasonable"
"No amount of good things I can say would do justice to how wonderful this practice is. I wish I could give a 10 star review, but even that wouldn't be enough. I have never felt so confident in a vet and their ability to care for my dogs as I do in Dr. Winters and her staff. I'm a service dog handler, so the health of my dogs is my #1 priority, and I can't properly express how grateful I am to have such a wonderful veterinary team on my side. They provide exceptional care, far above what I've received at any other practice, and it's done for a much lower cost! The only thing I don't like is that I have to drive to get there, but that's my problem and the care my animals receive here would be worth the cost and commute 100 times over. I really can't say enough good things about this place. If you're looking for the perfect vet, stop looking because you've found them."
"We were extremely impressed with how y'all worked with Copper today and made sure he was as comfortable as possible. Due to his past experiences, I was expecting him to end up in a muzzle and not being able to have a thorough exam done. It was such a relieving moment when we saw him warming up to y'all pretty quickly, instead of him being defensive and anxious. Y'all are definitely a perfect match for him and I'm so thankful to have found ya'll. We'll be starting his quick weekly visits as recommended and look forward to watching him develop positive associations with going to the vet and no longer feeling scared. "Dr. Winter is the best Vet ever. I live in Wauchula and will drive here for all of my animals before going to any vet in my hometown. She is so compassionate and patient. She not only shows her compassion to the animals but every time I bring my niece with me she is so nice to her. Now as for the staff they are just as OUTSTANDING. They help with things not even in their job description. They are just the right people to go to. This is a wonderful place and I will recommend it to EVERYONE!"
